PVC crust foam board production line is independently developed by our company according to German technology and the characteristics of domestic foam products industry, which consists of conical twin-screw extruder, board die, shaping table, cooling bracket, haul-off machine, cutting machine, manipulator and other parts.

The extruder adopts specially designed screw, and the production line adopts all imported electrical appliances, such as Siemens motor, ABB frequency converter, Omron temperature control meter, Schneider and other brands, which have excellent performance and can run without trouble for a long time.
